Charles Roussel founded CIR in 2013 in NYC; Based in Bushwick, Brooklyn’s creative hub, he oversees daily operations, and is at the base of any new project, through a collaborative process with the clients.
Being himself a photographer, and knowing the industry from the inside as a former account manager in global advertising agencies such as Publicis or Mazarine/MA3, his mission is to widen access to high end visuals for smaller brands.
Charles earned a Bachelor of Marketing from EFAP Paris (France) and a Master in Communication Arts from NYIT (NY, USA).

MARK CARSON  |  Art Director & Client Relations Lead  ·  New York, Los Angeles
Visual artist Mark Carson - nom de guerre Marcarson - joined CIR in 2015, but his collaboration with Charles Roussel began in 2010.
It's as a psychology graduate that he found his true calling, while exploring the subcultures of Venice Beach; the nomadic creative found himself drawn to art, music and fashion, and created "Kaviar & Cigarettes" in NYC in 2008. 
Today his mark can be found in both popular and unassuming locations - the striking logo, "freeface", is a signature emblem representing rebellion and a touch of anarchy. 
In 2016, Marcarson opened NOT FOR THEM, an art house/concept gallery in NYC, right behind MoMA PS1, which quickly gained recognition among artists and collectors. 
Marcarson’s work has an avant garde comedy, tongue in cheek approach to exploring cultural references and self experiences.
He has worked with countless brands, institutions and agencies; He collaborated with media outlets such as magazine High Snobiety or Boiler room; in 2018, Marc Jacobs commissioned his artwork & vision for their perfume "Daisy".
